WINDHAM, NH - March 17, 2026

Contour Design, a global leader in ergonomic computer input devices, today announced a partnership with Working for Women, a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping women achieve financial independence through access to jobs, skills training, and economic opportunity.

As part of the initiative, Contour will donate 20% of web sales from March 8-31 to support Working for Women’s programs that help women build sustainable careers and overcome barriers to employment.

At Contour, we believe people do their best work when they feel healthy and supported,” said Marianne Iversen, CFO at Contour Design. “Partnering with Working for Women allows us to help expand opportunities for women while supporting the environments that enable them to succeed at work.”

Contour has long focused on improving the modern workplace through ergonomic innovation designed to reduce work-related strain, an issue that often disproportionately affects women. Research (NIH) shows that women are approximately three times more likely than men to develop carpal tunnel syndrome, highlighting the importance of workplace tools designed to support a wider range of users.

By partnering with Working for Women, the company aims to highlight the connection between healthy workplaces, inclusive design, and long-term career success with broader conversations about equity, accessibility, and career longevity.

“Women’s ability to build strong, healthy, sustainable careers is shaped by both the environments where they work and the opportunities available to them.” Said Beth Bengtson, CEO and founder of Working for Women. “Support from partners like Contour helps expand Working for Women’s programs that connect women to the training, resources, and career pathways they need to build lasting financial independence.”

In addition to the sales donation, the two organizations will collaborate on digital content throughout the month to raise awareness about the role inclusive workplace design plays in supporting women’s careers.

Through this partnership, Contour Design and Working for Women aim to highlight a shared belief: when workplaces are designed to support everyone, more people can succeed.
