Please note that all Shuttle products are included in our two-year warranty as of January 2015. You do not need to register your product to be covered under the warranty.

At Contour Design we strive after producing products of high and premium quality. We offer a two year warranty on all devices and a 90 day warranty on accessories. However, if you experience any problems we ask you to do the following:

  1. Have a look at our Troubleshooting solutions page, and try out relevant proposed solutions.
  2. You can also consult the product manual page here for further information.
  3. Download the latest version of our drivers here.
  4. If you require further assistance, we would be happy to help you. Please click the “submit a ticket” button below and our technical support will get back to you within 24 hours for proceedings and any further questions. You are welcome to return any of our products that you desire within 30 days of your purchase.  We will pay for the unit to be shipped back to us if it malfunctions within the first 30 days. Please help us help you by retaining your receipt and the original packaging and all of its contents, including all parts and manuals. Without original packaging, a $20 restocking fee will be charged for both purchased and trial units.  If you are looking to return your product, please click the “submit a ticket” button below to receive an RMA number. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number.
