Exemplary Customer Support Experience

The RollerMouse Red has for years now enabled me to continue working long hours daily on the computer without the ergonomic wrist/elbow/shoulder strain and pain I previously experienced using a standard mouse. When I first got it, it completely eliminated the painful reactions I was having gripping a standard mouse for typically 8 hours a day.

In addition to how helpful the RollerMouse has been for me, I’d like to comment on an exemplary customer support experience I just received from Contour Designs. After years of use, and beyond the warranty period, the left mouse button on the RollerMouse began having problems and would only reliably respond if I clicked it in a certain limited spot (the lower right corner of the button). I emailed customer support describing the behavior and asked if there was anything I could do to restore the button’s normal responsiveness. I received a quick same-day response where they troubleshooted the issue with me and then sent me a part that I could self-install with clear directions provided. That worked! So now the left mouse button is reliably working and I am very pleased and thankful for this excellent customer service experience.

I first learned about the RollerMouse from a co-worker who was having severe pain issues using a normal mouse. The company ergonomic people recommended the RollerMouse to him and after he began using it, those issues went away.  So a few years later when I began having ergonomic problems, I remembered about the RollerMouse and bought one for myself. Without it, I don’t think I would have been able to continue working the same hours a day as I have. So from my experience, I can unreservedly recommend considering a RollerMouse to anyone having similar ergonomic issues, or also to help prevent those issues from starting for those who work long hours on the computer.


A Very Good Product & Even Better Customer Support

I bought the RollerMouse Red & the Keyboard that comes with it & they are a delight. After a couple of months, the mouse started malfunctioning and I emailed the company and asked for guidance, but I did not receive a reply for 2-3 months, although I had sent 2 more reminder emails. However, after that time, I got a response & they had apologised for having missed my emails and responded swiftly by posting to me a cable that was needed. When it did not help, they posted to me, fast, a replacement for both the mouse & the keyboard, for free. All in all, I am very happy with the customer service from this company and will buy their products again. The Mouse is very good for my wrists.

Contour Design: Simply the Best

I’ve been using the Contour Roller Mouse Red since 2014. Having worked with computers since 1988, I have severe repetitive stress pain in my wrists, elbows, and shoulders. The Roller Mouse greatly decreased my pain quickly after I began using it. It is a genius design, spreading the motions out over both hands, and eliminating gripping. It is also of very high quality.

The customer service is simply stellar. Immediately attentive to any issues, and they’ve always gone far beyond any possible expectation I ever had. Julie Almeria is lovely to work with, and I’m happy to see she’s been there for years. I hope she is appreciated.

Highly, highly recommended, especially in these times.

Relieved Severe Tennis Elbow

Thank you! I have been agonizing with severe tennis elbow for close to two years and despite months and months of physical therapy, my symptoms persisted. Finally, one of my (many) physical therapists suggested a roller mouse. Needless to say, I have been super pleased with the results. I would highly recommend a roller mouse to anyone!

We Have Mice

I’m an analyst and my husband is a drafter; we spend countless hours scrolling through drawings and spreadsheets and databases. Both of us were diagnosed with the beginning stages of carpel tunnel in our early 30’s. We tried so many different products hoping to find some relief. Finally, after spending lots of our own money (Our companies are both stingy) we each found something that helped bring the pain and burning to an end. I found the Unimouse one day on ebay about a year ago, and I haven’t been able to put it down. My husband tried it, and it was an improvement for him, but he didn’t feel completely relived. Finally, he went to the website, and ordered the roller mouse and he fell in love. So much so that he went back soon after and got the Balance keyboard as well. Both of us were so much more comfortable using the Contour products that we each purchased a set for work, and a set for home, even though we share a home computer.

I want thank you for designing such a great product.

This mouse has drastically help me with my right shoulder pain. As a data analyst, my work requires me to use the mouse and keyboard on a daily basis in spreadsheets . The Contour Unimouse is an amazing product that significantly improved the ergonomics of my office desk, and because of the natural positioning of my right arm, it really increased my productivity of my work too!

Before using the contour Unimouse, my wrist on a conventional mouse would be flat touching the desk and at a slight angle which also lifts my elbow at a weird angle and evidently gives me a slight shoulder pain. But since using the Unimouse for about a year, it has entirely eliminated my shoulder pain by making my wrist and elbow be very natural. It’s almost like having a joystick as a mouse to go though my spreadsheets

I’m gotten this product as a gift from my previous job, and will probably keep this mouse for the rest of my career. There’s no going back. Highly recommended product to any analyst out there that deals with data, spreadsheets, and/or any work on the computer.

Awesome Customer Service

The customer service is phenomenal. My keyboard stops working, the representative tried to reconfigure the keyboard & sent me new parts but couldn’t get it to work. A brand new keyboard was sent to me.

I have the keyboard & the mouse, they are both great products, compact & well-engineered. For the price I think they are very expensive, however, after this experience, I think the price is justified.

The Kindest Mouse on Your Hands...And Amazing Customer Service, Too!

I have been using Contour Design’s RollerMouse for years, and I can’t recommend its products highly enough. I started using the RollerMouse at the recommendation of a physical therapist to address a severe case of Carpel Tunnel’s, and even after I recovered, I have continued to use this mouse because it is so much easier on my hands as well as providing superior cursor control compared to a traditional mouse.

Contour Design’s products are extremely well made. I had been using the same RollerMouse for over a decade for many hours each day (I write and edit for a living) until I accidentally spilled water on my mouse last week. I was devastated but Contour Design’s customer service was amazing. After helping try to troubleshoot the problem with me by phone (alas, the water killed it), the company quickly sent me a replacement RollerMouse that arrived in days. My hands are now back in heaven!

Worth every penny! Saved me from downtime due to RSI (Repetitive Stress Injury)

Before experiencing RSI I would have never considered such an expensive mouse but now that I’ve compared it to cost of time lost to RSI it’s a bargain. Around my mid-thirties thanks to a 70-80 hour work week I got a horrible case of RSI, it was so painful I was afraid I would have to take a several weeks off of work to recuperate. I bought several well reviewed ergonomic mice including the Evoluent Vertical Mouse, Posturite Penguin Mouse, track pads, and of course the Rollermouse. The Rollermouse was the only mouse that allowed me to keep working. What makes such a difference with Rollermouse is the way you click. You click with the roller bar with several fingers instead of just one, the roller bar rest on springs so your fingers never bottom out, and you can also adjust to click force so it’s really light. All of that doesn’t seem necessary but when you have RSI it makes all the difference! Their tech support is also top-notch. I’ve had to contact the company twice and both times their response time was fast and they shipped me parts or a replacement mouse for free! My RSI hasn’t returned since I started using the Rollermouse. I’ve had mine since 2013, if it breaks I’d buy another Rollermouse. Although I could probably use a normal mouse it’s not worth the risk of the RSI returning. My work time is worth much more than the cost of the Rollermouse.

Amazing Mouse & Even Better Support

This the best ergonomic vertical mouse I have ever used, hands down. I have used Logitech, Anker and a host of other vertical mice. Additionally, the support staff is amazing.
