Posting On Our Shuttle Forum

Greetings all ShuttlePro and ShuttleXpress users! We have been working to overhaul our Shuttle Forum and improve our level of customer service and technical support, so we ask that you please take a moment and read the below statement that was issued to registered Shuttle Forum users via email:
“The Shuttle Forum is a community based resource for Shuttle users to share information and download official Contour Design and custom made user settings, as well as a forum for general discussion. 
Please note that while Contour Design representatives moderate and sometimes post important topics on the Shuttle Forum, we do not regularly post or respond to support related inquiries on the forum. For support related inquiries, please contact us or submit a ticket here. Please allow up to 24 hours for a response during regular business hours (mon-fri 9:00AM – 4:30PM EST).
In an effort to reduce delay in support related inquiries, we will be making changes to our forum and updating it to reflect its purpose as a community driven resource.”
If you use the Shuttle Forum as a resource, we urge you to register with a user name so that you can participate in discussions, and receive important updates from us via email.
