Using the Rollermouse

Cursor and button Controls

  • Roller Bar moves cursor by sliding left to right, up and down, and diagonally. Pressing the Roller Bar also performs single click operation.

  • Middle Button performs Double Click
  • Left button is standard single click
  • Right button selects contextual menus
  • Scroll Wheel can be pressed to perform AUTO scroll function

Bar Click Tension Adjustments

  • Dial on bottom will adjust tension of Roller Bar click force

  • Small dot requires least amount of pressure to click
  • Large dot requires most amount of pressure to click

Support for Auxiliary input devices

  • Auxiliary PS2 port used for additional input device such as a Perfit Mouse mouse

  • Varying your tasks provides ergonomic benefits

 

Button Programmability

  • Dip switches under RollerMouse provide programmability.

  • No driver required for most operating systems.

Buttons can be assigned to to following functions:

  • Single-click

  • Double-click
  • Right Mouse click
  • Drag-lock

Additional Functions:

  • Scroll wheel also clicks to perform middle mouse button events.

  • Bar click option can be turned on or off
  • Edge-detection feature can be turned on of off

End Detection: Due to varying monitor sizes, the cursor sometimes hits an invisible wall. Moving the bar will activate a switch that moves the cursor in the direction you desire. This is similar to picking up a mouse and placing it in the center of your workable area.

 

  • Adjust Roller Bar sensitivity in your systems Control Panel / Mouse section.

  • Change these settings just as you would any other cursor control mouse.
