Sun Workstation Information   USB connection The Perfit Mouse Optical will work on any workstation with available USB ports and supporting standard USB Human Interface Device class. No driver is required. The buttons definition depends on the operating system standard support. SUN operating systems do not provide a general support for the buttons 4 and 5 (side rocker). Most likely they will be non functional on the Perfit Mouse Optical. Mini-DIN 8 interface connector Contour Design is pleased to provide a special version of the Perfit Mouse Optical for Sun Workstations (any Sun Machine with Mini-DIN 8 interface connector, SunOS, Sun Solaris). The Sun version of the Perfit Mouse Optical is available in all the same sizes and hand configurations as the PC line. The Perfit Mouse Optical is 100% compliant with the Sun mouse and simply plugs into the mouse port for installation. There are no drivers to install.
