Problem: The pointer does not move at all or very slowly. Mac Fix: Check the Speed setting in the Contour Overdrive control panel or if you are not using Contour Overdrive check the Mouse Tracking Speed setting in the Mouse control panel. If you are using Contour Overdrive and the Speed setting is on System, try other settings to see if it resolves the problem. PC Fix: Check the Speed setting in the Mouse Control panel. Adjust speed setting to your preference. Make sure the mouse is on a textured surface such as a table top, or a mouse pad that is a solid color. Contour Design reccomends running the latest Mac OS and firmware at all times.
